Shipping policy

We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays unless the item is stated as a Pre-order. Orders can take up to 7-8 business days to process.

Please only order Pre-Order items if you’re willing to wait! Sometimes things happen beyond our control! 

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES/ RETURNS DUE TO SANITARY REASONS . Please insure you are selecting the right size and/or color of the item you are wanting to purchase. We will have a sizing description in the deets of each product!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED , DEFECTIVE , ETC. You will have three days after delivery to reach out to us regarding your unacceptable order and we will fix it within a reasonable timeframe. After that we will no longer be able review any claims regarding damage, and or defective products . 

If your package is sent back to us due to an incorrect address upon checkout , you will need to pay a $5 reship fee in order for us to ship out your package . We do not issue refunds due to a package being sent back to us for incorrect/unknown addresses. After we receive your package from the shipping courier , we will need to start the process of reshipment . 

We are not responsible for lost and/ or stolen mail . Please contact USPS is you experience any of these issues.
